Located in Timberlea, Nova Scotia, minutes from Halifax, we offer heated and unheated self storage units, as well as outside RV / boat storage, all in a secure, fenced compound. Whatever your residential or commercial storage needs, we have a self storage unit that is right for you! Our self-storage units range in size from approximately 5'x 5' (25 sq. ft.) to 10'x 30' (300 sq. ft.). All of the units at our facility are clean, convenient and staffed by professional managers. We also have computerized gates that allow access only to authorized people. The location also has video monitoring. No one makes it easier or more affordable to get into storage.

This was my first experience with a self storage facility, and I have to admit, I was very impressed. The facility was spotless. The drive-up units were convenient. There storage unit itself seemed completely sealed - no traces of mice or other critters when we opened it up. But what was outstanding was not the facilities - it was the staff. The people running the place were friendly, helpful and really went out of their way to help store our items properly. Apparently, it's not good practice to leave cardboard boxes directly on the cement, so they found some wood, cut it to fit and helped us create a bit of a subfloor for our boxes. Checkout was simple and reimbursement of unused days was quick and painless. I really could not recommend Bay Self Storage more, and will definitely be using them for our future storage needs.

Great service, easy sign up process and staff are friendly and helpful. We rented a climate controlled unit at Bay Self Storage for over 3 years for work and never had any issues. The area is clean, accessible at all hours, the climate control worked perfectly to protect all our items and it is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.
