I was a victim of this horrible company. After 20 years of being a loyal customer they allowed a member of my OWN FAMILY to STEAL all my belongings while I was stuck in a hospital out west for over a month. Most 'families' wait until someone DIES before ransacking their worldly belongings. This company is CRIMINAL and I wish I had SUED! I signed a contract stating I was the ONLY one permitted access.

From the very first call, to adding more units to my account, to the end of my need to rent units - every single person who attended to me was amazing! Personable, helpful, and informative. Betty, especially was fantastic and gave me all of the info and forms I needed. The units and premises are clean, easy to access, great prices, and incredible handy if you live in the city. Highly recommend!

Worst company to work with. Repeatedly stuck in a spiral of paying for a storage locker that I was not using. As a student i don't have an extra $75 laying around to be paying for storage that I do not need. Customer service was not helpful at all and told me i had to pay for the locker for an additional month because the locker I was using was checked in there walk through. They trap you into paying for an unused locker, I won't be going back
